HighRidge Group Leader Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in being a small group leader here at HighRidge!
Please help us get to know you better by completing the short form below.

Here are a few things you need to know about being a small group leader here at HighRidge.
  1. These four things are required before you can lead a small group.
    • Complete our Growth Track
    • Complete our Freedom curriculum by participating in a 10 week Freedom Small Group with no more than two misses. 
    • Complete our online small group training.
    • Interview with a small group coach or pastor.
  2. You will be equipped and supported as a leader. Once you have completed these four steps, we will assign you a small groups coach to support and pray for you.
  3. Finally, you will be added to our official small group leader list where you will be invited to lead a group at the beginning of each small group semester. 
Small group hosts simply open their home and act as hosts for the small group. Occasionally we have leaders who need a host home in order to have a small group. Hosts do not have the requirements listed above.
